per the owners manual, the capacity is 8.0 liters or 8.45 quarts. the amount of oil to raise the level from MIN to MAX on the display is only 1.5 liters (1.6 qt) -

I think I might pop one of these on as well. Every year or so I have to add ~300ml of coolant, which I know is probably nothing too serious but one of these alarms could be cheap insurance against an engine failure -

2016 LR4 at 43K miles. First oil change since I've bought it, did it in my garage with help from the oil change thread here. The JLR shop I bought it from said the oil was changed when I bought it, so I'm assuming it was the JLR spec castrol. The new oil is the extended performance edge0W-20...
