so this begs another question - i paid $64k for my car plus all the maintenance outlined in this thread - not obvious that buying and owning makes sense. $70k after taxes plus approx $15k in maintenance is $85k over 6 years is 1100 a month basically. i cld have driven a new car for 6 years -...- ttforcefed

BG are like flushes - not operating fluids. my LR dealer uses the BG performance oil service to get rid of the sludge on the VTT gear etc.- ttforcefed

yeh im paying 1100 for both front LCA and alignment. do the rear control arms go as well? also going to replace the right front strut while he is at it. didnt want the stealer to do it when they did the left front strut cple weeks ago- ttforcefed

got ya. well i guess the only small blessing, irrespective a model year, is if they need addressing you will definitely hear the noise. what wld be really disheartening is to hear someone lost a motor with no noise warning and then there is luck as well - as i mentioned maybe in another post -...- ttforcefed
