That SC tops out at 2.5x inlet pressure, from what I can tell. At sea level, that means it's capable of producing 36PSI. Does this thing have a wastegate? At 11,000', that would drop to 2.5x9.7, so still 24PSI max. But you'd have to rev higher to see the same boost, obviously. Or change pulleys... -

I would be sure to use all 4 of the bleed ports. If you only use the highest one, you risk missing a pocket of air in one of the other loops. They put in more than one for a reason. -

Agree with intake plenum or hoses. Might be a coincidence that your PCV valve failed right after doing this work, but probabilities would lean toward not. -

LEDs are only the indicators. Are you saying the sensors are all installed, or the wiring is there and just needs the sensors installed, too? -

Didn’t really look for a YouTube on replacing the plumbing and thermostat. Take some pics before disassembly so you can have a reference, and only disassemble at the break points where the new “modules” have break points. But it would be pretty hard to mess up assembly. oh, and get hose clamp... -

Your call, but with respect...I wouldn’t do that. Silicone isn’t intended for pressure, especially as applied to the outside of a part. And the cost of a sudden total failure is too high. -

I didn't spot that you were using 20" wheels, @Rover 4 . I think the general rule of thumb is to decrease pressure if the overall tire volume is increased. But calculating the volume of a tire precisely isn't easy. Your front and rear pressures being so close together make me wonder right there... -
