Hm I don't see it on that diagram but this is the part that failed. I don't exactly know where it is in relation to the fuel system, but I can tell you that the leak was coming from just behind the front axle just off center towards the passenger side.

Sorry to hear that. Sounds scary. What is the fuel supply manifold? I can't find it on mine in the manual, curious what condition its in. I do have a fire extinguisher lol. There has been a couple engine fires posted to reddit, but nobody really knows why they caught fire. Here is a diagram, which part is it?
I believe that manifold is buried down next to the engine/transmission on the passenger side in a PITA place to reach. Theres a sensor screwed into it, that if it goes bad will let your truck run for a min before it dies. I had a local dealer replace my sensor as I could not reach it from underneath because it was so tight. I found out later that the trick is to remove the passenger side inner fender well for better access. I go pick up my truck and the lot porter pulls up in front of service and fuel is pouring out from underneath. Needless to say it was not ready for pickup LOL. Never found out what happened, but most likely a fuel line was left disconnected.

Yeah my shop said it’s in a super inconvenient location to access which is why I assume I’m having a very slight leak again but I know they’ll get it sorted.

Otherwise it’s driving so solid and I love the new wheel setup!

Edit: Well we checked everything out today and there was no further leak to be found. Turns out there was just some residual gas left over from the original spill that was missed. So we cleaned everything out and tested all the attachment points and none of the components showed any signs of leaking. Whew!

Regarding tire size and adding that change via the IID tool to adjust the speedometer readings I'm having a little trouble figuring out what to do, and this is after reading the manual too. In the CCF file I am able to update specs (see my attachment) from 255/55r19 to 265/65r18. Most of it is pretty obvious/clear, such as changing the aspect ratio, width, rim diameter and rolling radius but where I'm confused is the rolling circumference. I "think" I should be changing that value to 2517mm but it seems I'm unable to do so, and for Tire size MSB I have no idea what to put there. I have not yet reached out to GAP but the only documentation I found in their FAQ was this - https://www.gap-diagnostic.com/faq-items/adjust-speedometer-fitting-bigger-tire-tyre/

Any thoughts? Or should I just not bother and not worry about the speedometer difference. I don't want to mess with too many settings if it's not actually beneficial.

Mine read higher than actual before I got new tires, and with the 255/60r19 now reads pretty much spot on. It does read a tad bit low above 70 (about 1mph or so) but I haven't bothered to fix that yet.

What are the increments for the MSB setting?

30/31/32 etc. I have to assume that’s tire size in inches? Except what I’m moving to is 31.5” but I don’t actually know for sure what that setting “should” be

Here's something I couldn't figure out. The tire I ultimately was most interested in was the Falken Wildpeak AT4W, however I determined the LT size was going to be too large physically to work without modification. However what I thought was strange was that the 265/60 is XL rated, while the 265/65 is SL rated, yet if you compare their load indexes, they're identical. Why would one be XL and the other SL?
FYI to all who may be curious, I just had a set of the AT4Ws in LT265/65R18 installed this past week. They fit great, and look terrific on my newly powder-coated steelies; wheeled them Saturday with zero issues, but did notice the slightest rub in my driveway in reverse, driver side wheel well at full lock.

One note I didn’t realize about these tires when ordering is while they are LT and 10-ply tread, this size only comes in a 2-ply “HD” sidewall. FWIW I ran them at 17-18 lbs in loose gravel and rocks all afternoon with zero issues.

Also, I’m new here. :) Picked up my 2013 HSE in July (first LR for me) and couldn’t be happier with it. Pics below!

Well, in the old days we really relied on the tripometer. GPS took over that responsibility.
You will be marginally off. Does it really matter??

Tire construction has improved a LOT the last 20 years. A new two ply AT4 sidewall is stronger and thicker than an old BFG three ply. But some things like “3 ply sidewall” stick around for marketing and customer demand.
