Beach LR3 ?
The closest beach that I can think of is San Luis Obispo (about 4 hours from LA county). Other than that, Dockweilder State Beach (outside of Manhattan Beach, CA) has an RV area that is pavement...you can park on the pavement and be steps from the beach...Other than that, southern CA doesnt have...- AaronsErin
