rear view mirrors

can anyone help me my rear view mirrors, the truck is a 2001 RR SE, the mirrors are programed to adjust to the previous owner..I cannot figure out how to change it, when backing up the mirros tilt down automatically

you can check in your owners manual, the settings can be changed using the stalks on the steering column. I would believe you enter the settings menu and adjust from their.
I had the same thing when I bought my Landy...they dont shift down when i reverse any longer
