CAN ANY ONE HELP ME I HAVE A 04 VOGUE WHEN I TURN THE ING KEY THE BRAKE WARNING LIGHT COMES ON THEN GO'S OUT BUT WHEN PUT THE HAND BRAKE ON THEIRS ON LIGHT ON ? CAN ANY ONE HELP ME PLEASE.

Third, The brake warning light on first start up would be a normal test, with hand brake on, the light means you have the brake on. If you take the brake off the light should go out. If not, it normally indicates that you are low on brake fluid.
It will read low on brake fluid even without a leak due to wear of the brake pads since it will require more fluid to fill the lines to push worn brakes, When you replace the brakes you may need to watch your fluid level. Of course proper way to do it would be flush the brake fluid when you change the brakes.
