My 92 classic died in the left turn lane. Just sputtered and died. It has done this in the past but not enough to replicate the problem for a mechanic. In the past, it's always restarted instantly.

This time,, not so. It is still out in an area parking lot and will not start.

To me, it sounds like it isn't getting fuel. So filter is the first thing I can think of. Where is this the filter(s) located on a 92?
Any other ideas?

No codes, no lights, all fuses on the dash panel seem ok.. just stopped running..

edit.. 108,000 miles

Spray a little starting fluid in the intake... if it starts you have a fuel issue.

You will find fuel filter near rear right wheel fender look in to the chassis more to the front of the vehicle. Hope it helps.
