So both my led strip in my headlight for the drl and my taillight on my driver's side stopped working. Along side my horn is this just an unusual coincidence or do any of these have anything in common. Checked all my fuses only one that was blown was under my hood and stated it went to my O2...
I will have to have my wife go with me for a ride and I'll Check that out. The waterpump was done about 13kish miles ago from landrover before I bought it. Only thing left is the pullys, fan and a/c
It does not go away at idle can't really hear it but once you get to 1800+ rpms can easily hear it. To me sounds like it was coming from drivers side of the engine. Hence why I just replaced the powersteering pump since its right there and is the typical culprit in most other vehicles. But that...
So I've been battling a whine. Doesnt matter if I'm in park or drive it will whine. I replaced the typical culprits what would be for other brands. I've replaced the alternator and powersteering pump. Neither did anything. Before I start just replacing everything now is there something more...
I didn't use a Bluetooth USB. I used Bluetooth that connect to the 30pin ipod harness. I'm going to just plug in the aux cable. Not worth the hassle of trying to spend the money to find the right stuff to work for Bluetooth
Is it possible to have Bluetooth for media? It connects to my phone for phonecalls but can't get media. I bought the ipod 30pin Bluetooth adapter it shows up on my phone and I connect to Bluetooth but still don't get any media from it. Didn't know if there was an upgrade for it for music.
Alright, my wifes leds in her 2017 ford taurus outshine my headlights without even the slightest competition to my lr4. If just getting new hids would fix that I would go that route. Idk when the last time they where changed.
Leds give cleaner light and white light makes everything easier at night. Hids also get dimmer over time where leds stay true to their brightness till they die
Am I able to just swap in an led set? I have auto beams and are adaptive idk if that is stock on all these. Only concern is when my friend who owns an lr2 tried to do it they gave him a bunch of codes and he had to switch back to the stock bulbs.
Was looking at getting my wife a range rover. Looking around a 2016. The replacement engine cost of 12k just for the engine is making me a bit nervous if it's even worth having the vehicle. Are they reliable as long as you keep up with oil changes? Or just ticking time bombs waiting to drain...
Update: hood latch sensor plug was partially lose so it wouldn't recognize the hood was closed all the way. Did get a call that a pcm recall was issued for a re-program
I just bought a 2010 lr4 hse, been having a problem with it locking. Would give two beeps but not lock the doors. Is this a hatch issue with the sensors and they need replacement or something else.
