2001 D2 - Broken Bleeder screw - Advice needed
Ahhh...yeah I guess that would work. Hadn't seen that one before. But it still wouldn't matter. Once the screw sheared off, the other end was still inside the other piece of the valve that sits inside the hose. I had to get that out of there, so I punched it all the way through, then removed...- niceflipflop

Not an option. As I said, this is one of the older upper hoses, before they redesigned it. Tiny bleeder screw. These BMW-type screws only fit the later version.- niceflipflop

I just inherited a D2 (2001, but only 56k) a few weeks ago and I'm faced with my first real repair... The other day on a cold morning, I started it up and let it sit in the driveway for a few minutes to warm up, with the heat on. Disco 2 ABS issue
I just fixed my amigos today, using the ABS mod here: http://landroverclubvi.weebly.com/abs-mod.html , which seems to be the go-to guide for getting rid of them. If the root cause of your amigos is the same as mine, then replacing the shuttle valve switches wouldn't help, because it's actually...- niceflipflop
