Hi Mike, Thanks for your prompt reply. I will get a chance to attack it tomorrow so I'll let you know how I go. I omitted to mention that even though she's jammed in Low Range when pushing the stick forward towards Low Range, at the very end of the throw there is a bit of a clunk. I'm...- tombartley

Hi all, I have a 2003 TD5 Auto Discovery. I rarely use Low Range however when engaging it yesterday (with some difficulty) I now find that it's stuck there.:eek: The shifter now just flops between Low Range and High Range with no feeling of pressure at all.
