In stock with the HD package

Royal Land Rover of Tucson has 4 2016 LR4's in stock as of 5/6/16. ALL of them have the HD package. I spoke with them once and that is how they order them. I see a fair amount of LR4/3's in Tucson and quite a few are expedition ready. They have 3 used LR4's as well but those are lease...

    Showoff Your LR4

That is exactly what I was looking at for the grill - Baja Designs. I am looking for more of a flood/fog so for me they may be fine. Your input is a big help. I will search the thread for the mounting system your used for the grill. I mostly need the lights for snow and dust at modest or slow...

    Showoff Your LR4

NASdiesel- illuminate us with the choice of lights on your grill and how did you mount them? Are you happy with them? Close up photo? I assume they are more of a flood/fog light? Did you run a separate switch and to where? I am thinking of doing the same. Are yours bright white or the less than...

    Skid Plates

I am about to pull the trigger too - the June special. Plus I may add the"gear" guard since I believe that is for the transfer case. I sent them an email to verify. I Plan on the compressor guard too. Cheers and let me know how the install goes!

    Skid Plates

That does help! My current Yukon has some under body protection and I have used it! Mostly up front - sump guard is what I have needed.. Want to protect the incoming LR4. To date I have steered clear of rock slider terrain - but may add that later if I see a route that just has to be done...

Thanks for the link! Plenty of info there. Yep - I want to take advantage of the June discount.

    Skid Plates

Has any one purchased all 4 pieces of under-body protection from ASFIR for an LR4 and installed it? Or if you only purchased one+ component - comments on that or more. Aside from rock rails - this seems like the way to go. About to order them all. In all may years of medium grade wheeling - I...

    Skid Plates

The link you sent only shows LR3 plates - do they have LR4 stuff - but not shown - or is that why you had to do some mods?

    Skid Plates

I assume the ASFIR stuff is user friendly and can be installed easily by yourself? Got a response from Susan at ASFIR - she says the sump skid plate will fit the 2015 with no issues. So they are obviously still in business just not doing business with the Scottsdale store. Good news. I may...

    Skid Plates

ASFIR has not responded - but the time difference may explain. I hope to place an order for a couple items. Has anyone put an ASFIR sump guard on a 2014+ - I am not sure if there is a small difference due to the engine change.

    Skid Plates

I just emailed her. When I tried the web site email - it seemed to be blocked when trying to send. The error message was in Israeli - so I could have entered something wrong., We will find out soon!

Called Tactical 4x4 - hoping that they have added some LR4 products. Nope. Looks like OEM front under-body protection or nothing as far as I can tell at the moment.

    Skid Plates

ASFIR - they are out of business. Called the Scottsdale store that used to sell their stuff. The Israeli factory shut down. Looking at options for under-body protection - starting upfront and then over time adding underneath and back. Tactical 4x4 and Land Rover - are those the only options?

    Passenger 12V port no power

I ordered a true Base LR4 (so I could afford Compomotive wheels- tries and a rack)- so the cubby idea is a good one! We started using them as a Chase team for the Baja 1000 and Baja 250 and found them to indispensable (amateur motorcycle team) . Took the HAM course (what a pain to study for...

    Passenger 12V port no power

Thanks for the update! My Yaesu does not have a detachable faceplate. I will scope out my situation once I get the LR4 - late July - and will then debate how I can use my existing unit and where I want the antennae. Right now it is on the roof of my Yukon so all my wiring is upfront - I like...
