Tire ?
If you are concerned with the difference in diameter with the purchase of just one tire, many places have tire lathes where they can shave down a new tire to match the tread depth of the others. Tire Rack does this for about $35. I have no personal experience with this so I can't comment, but... -

Suspension Fault
Yes, a lot of the electical glitches / faults I was experiencing were from a weak battery in my 2005. After the battery was replaced under warranty, those issues went away. -

2005 LR3 SE w/ HD Package
Finally sold the vehicle this weekend for $21,000. Let this be a lesson in depreciation. $50,000 to $21,000 in less than 3 years. Took one year to sell it and its never been priced above KBB / Edmunds NADA "clean" pricing.
