Hey Shane...I am a musician, and this should be sweet music to your ears, take that beast to the L.R. dealership, with all the paper-work and history you can find, and ask them to please repair it under the 50K mile warrantee...and watch the fun begin! I really found that a warrantee is QUITE valuable...my 2001 D11 received over $12,000.00 of replacement engine and transfer case. If they really want to sell you this vehicle, do as Melissa encourages....low-ball em! with gas at a premium, and the new L.R. models arriving, they will want to turn...- redrover51

Major overheating problems.
That sounds unusual....water-jacket leak on intake side, should have also caused an injection problem?,(very rough running) also, water in oil....is your oil like chocolate milk? I am probably very incorrect...Sergei? Andy? Melissa? Mike?- redrover51

There is an old expression...."Don't put new wine into and old wine-skin, lest it burst" When you replaced the rocker assembly, there are newer metal to older metal worn parts that have no option but to make thier presence known...in this case, with noise. An adjustment is probably in line, or...- redrover51

Major overheating problems.
Freeze plugs could GUSH, if they get worse.....they will empty a cooling system quickly. They are easy to install (depending on location) and they are known to leak slowly for a loooong time, causing lots of corrosion, then they let go...check it out!- redrover51

Front Spring Swap Advice?
