Two things. First, I hard a brain fart on my last post. It's actually a Magnaflow 16896. :rolleyes: And yeah, they've gone up a lot. In 2007 I paid about $370 shipped which was competitive with a non-stainless exhaust. That PN is about $680 now.- antichrist

fuel issue
Check your gauge. 85 psi is more than the fuel pump will generate. Though I suppose the pump could fail so that it never shuts off, but usually they fail to pump.- antichrist

Possible new LR II questions...
Just an FYI, LRII (actually LR2), isn't the same as a Discovery II. The LR2 is the US designation for the Freelander 2 because Freelanders had such a horrible reputation in the US. Then Land Rover further muddied the waters calling the Discovery 3 & 4 the LR3 & 4 in the US because the Discovery...- antichrist

Jeep/Toyota guy needing your knowledge
The 110 engine and drivetrain are basically the same as your '96 disco. The main difference is a different main gearbox and different ignition system. The major difference is the body, obviously, and way fewer electronics.- antichrist

Blacked out tail lights
I've never understood the though process that goes in to people who want make something harder to see that keeps people from hitting your car. DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid is a pretty good paint remover. If you try it, remove the lights from the car first. It might fog the lights some, but at this...- antichrist

No idea, but I doubt AC Delco are significantly, if at all, better than OEM or Wix. I do know that the Wix primary market are people for whom downtime = hundreds if not thousands of dollars lost.- antichrist
