Non functioning nav display

I wonder if anyone has run into this problem and if so was it fixed and how.

The nav system will only display the opening Ranger Rover logo on the nav screen.

Nothing else works that is a part of the display. The vehicle runs perfectly.

I tried a hard battery reset to no avail.

Help! If you can please.

I had something similar a year ago in my LR3. It turned out to be some bad connections to the back of the screen unit. To fix it I pulled off the dashboard around the screen, then removed the screws that hold the screen unit in place. After blowing dust out and unplugging the connectors, I reconnected them and it worked great! Still working. Hope that helps!
